Understanding French Wines and their Labels
If you love Bordeaux, Burgundy, and the Rhone, then this is the class for you! Join Reggie and develop an understanding of French wines and their labels from the comfort of your couch. You’ll explore the historical wine regions that have been the foundation for many new world wine regions and discuss grape varieties, characteristics, and the stylistic nuances that define these wines. Famous producers and appellations will also be noted along the way. Give the gift of wine education for Valentine’s Day or enjoy this 3-hour online class with friends!

Wine Regions of the Pacific Northwest
Join Reggie in this online course focused on the wine regions of the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Learn about the viticultural differences of the region and explore the geology, geography, weather, and history that make our wines unique. This course will discuss the wines that are produced in the Washington and Oregon and why they smell, taste, and have the complexity that help them last in your cellar.

Food & Wine Pairing: Understanding the Relationship
This self-paced class is a fundamental and foundational course in understanding food and wine pairing. The styles of winemaking and the aromatics that occur during the process will be explored and explained through the online course materials and exercises. Students will learn about the anatomy of the human sensory receptors, and how each individual culture, biology and preference will assist them in determining how they taste food and wine. A variety of wine styles will be explored, and a list of wines recommended for tasting at home. Students will have a variety of foods to choose from and pair with their wine choices.
