Natural wines, purposefully oxidized wines, and so many other styles that we are seeing available are all explored and analyzed in this class offered via Zoom.
Food pairing recommendations will accompany the wines that we explore. Recommendations are offered and explained for each wine, each style and for a variety of cuisines.
This class includes a syllabus, recommended wines to purchase, foods to have on hand, and slides from the course.
